Qualifications
- Experience with PDM systems and engineering software environments.
- Ability to provide tier-1 and tier-2 application support.
- Familiarity with Catia, CAD tools, Windows Shares, and related licenses.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain PDE domain product data and enterprise infrastructure for key clients.
- Provide tier-1/2 support to resolve operational issues and ensure high availability.
- Maintain vendor tools and CAD environments, including Catia installations and configurations.
- Apply service packs, patches, and hotfixes for maintenance tasks.
- Manage licensing software and Windows Shares for CAD environments.
