Job summary

Zoi is expanding its European teams and seeking an IT/CAD support specialist to manage PDM servers and CAD tooling for leading clients. You will provide tier-1/2 application support, maintain Catia configurations, and keep enterprise infrastructure up to date.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong problem-solving skills, and able to work across cross-functional teams. Remote work options and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining PDM servers and enterprise CAD tools.
• Strong ability to provide tier-1 and tier-2 support.
• Familiarity with Catia and CAD environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage PDM servers and PDE domain infrastructure for clients.
• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 application support to resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor tools including CAD converters and Catia setups.
• Apply service packs, patches, and hotfixes to applications.
• Support Windows Shares and licensing software (Flex+).
• Assist in CAD environments across multiple projects.
