Qualitice is a growing life sciences consulting company based in Barcelona, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organisations across Europe. This 100% remote role combines business development, recruiting and communications, with ownership from an early stage, working closely with the CEO and consulting team.

Formación

• 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, account management, marketing/communications or a related field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Currently living in Spain and eligible to work in Spain.
• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for prospecting and recruiting.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several activities simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in growing a business.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Business Development - identify and approach potential clients across Europe, with focus on DACH market.
• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition - source consultants and candidates, conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews.
• Communications & Marketing - support LinkedIn presence, updates, job postings and branding.
