Qualitice is seeking a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for a 100% remote role based in Spain. You will work closely with the CEO and consulting team to identify clients, source consultants, and manage the recruitment process across Europe.

Fluency in German and English and 1–5 years of relevant experience are required. This entrepreneurial role combines business development, recruiting and communications, with opportunities to take ownership early and contribute to

Formación

• 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, or related fields.
• Fluent German and English proficiency required.
• Based in Spain and eligible to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential clients in life sciences across Europe, especially DACH markets.
• Source consultants and candidates, screen first, and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate client meetings, proposals and consultant submissions.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and recruitment contacts.
• Support content creation for LinkedIn, updates and employer branding.
