Qualitice is a growing life sciences consulting company based in Barcelona, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organisations across Europe. This 100% remote role combines business development, recruiting and communications, with ownership from an early stage, working closely with the CEO and consulting team.

• 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, account management, marketing/communications or a related field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Currently living in Spain and eligible to work in Spain.
• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for prospecting and recruiting.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several activities simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in growing a business.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) Spain | 100% Remote German & English 1–5 years of experience

Qualitice is a growing life sciences consulting company based in Barcelona, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organisations across Europe.

We specialise in digital transformation, IT Quality & Compliance, Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), GxP systems, project management and emerging technologies such as AI in regulated environments.

As we continue to grow our client base and consulting team, we are looking for a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to play an active role in building the next stage of Qualitice.

This is an entrepreneurial role combining business development, recruiting and communications.

You will work closely with the CEO and our consulting team and will have the opportunity to take ownership from an early stage.

What you'll do

• Business Development - Identify and approach potential clients, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences sectors - Research new business opportunities, projects and target accounts across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH market - Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment/procurement contacts - Support client outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking - Coordinate introductory meetings, follow-ups, proposals and consultant submissions - Maintain our business development pipeline and CRM activities - Support the development of partnerships and new market opportunities
• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition - Identify and approach consultants and candidates for current and upcoming client projects - Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job platforms and direct outreach - Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit - Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process - Build and maintain a strong network and talent pool of consultants across Europe - Support the preparation and positioning of consultant profiles for client submissions - Help us strengthen Qualitice as an attractive employer and consulting network
• Communications & Marketing - Support Qualitice's presence on LinkedIn and other communication channels - Help create and coordinate company updates, thought-leadership content, job postings and project opportunities - Support employer branding and recruiting campaigns - Prepare client-facing presentations and business development materials - Help communicate our expertise, projects and company culture in a professional and engaging way

What we're looking for

• 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, account management, marketing/communications or a related field
• Fluent German and English
• Currently living in Spain and eligible to work in Spain

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Experience in consulting, recruitment, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, IT or professional services is an advantage, but not a requirement.
