Qualitice is a growing life sciences consulting company based in Barcelona, offering services in digital transformation, IT Quality & Compliance, CSV/CSA, GxP systems, and emerging technologies such as AI in regulated environments. We seek a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive client growth and recruit across Europe.

You will work closely with the CEO and consulting team, taking ownership from an early stage in a fully remote setup based in Spain.

Formación

• 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, account management, marketing/communications or a related field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Currently living in Spain and eligible to work in Spain.
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for prospecting and recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential clients in pharma, biotech and life sciences across Europe, focusing on the DACH market.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment contacts.
• Coordinate introductory meetings, proposals and consultant submissions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and networks; conduct initial screening calls; coordinate interviews.
• Support company presence on LinkedIn and other channels; contribute to employer branding and content.
