Qualitice, a growing life sciences consulting company based in Barcelona, seeks a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to drive client growth and build a European consultant network. This fully remote role combines business development, recruiting and communications across Europe, with emphasis on the DACH market.

You will identify prospective clients, source and screen consultants, coordinate interviews and proposals, and represent Qualitice to partners and candidates

Formación

• 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, account management, marketing/communications or a related field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Currently living in Spain and eligible to work in Spain.
• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for prospecting and recruiting.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several activities simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in growing a business.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience in consulting, recruitment, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, IT or professional services is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential clients, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences sectors.
• Research new business opportunities, projects and target accounts across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH market.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment/procurement contacts.
• Support client outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking.
• Coordinate introductory meetings, follow-ups, proposals and consultant submissions.
• Maintain our business development pipeline and CRM activities.
• Support the development of partnerships and new market opportunities.
• Identify and approach consultants and candidates for current and upcoming client projects.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job platforms and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong network and talent pool of consultants across Europe.
• Support the preparation and positioning of consultant profiles for client submissions.
• Support Qualitice's presence on LinkedIn and other communication channels.
• Help create and coordinate company updates, thought-leadership content, job postings and project opportunities.
• Support employer branding and recruiting campaigns.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and business development materials.
• Help communicate our expertise, projects and company culture in a professional and engaging way.
