Job summary

Coverflex is hiring a Junior Business Development Representative to drive new pipeline in the Spanish market. You will be the first point of contact with potential Coverflex customers and help shape how our value is perceived by the market.

In this remote role based in Spain, you will work with AEs to secure high-quality opportunities, maintain CRM hygiene, and meet outbound targets. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• First experience in sales, business development, or outbound roles.
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, iterate, and be coached.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Be the engine of new pipeline generation for the Spanish market.
• Be the first point of contact with future Coverflex customers, shaping how the market perceives our value.
• Ensure AEs work with high‑quality, qualified opportunities.
• Generate qualified meetings for AEs and maintain CRM hygiene.
