Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Spanish-speaking Business Development Representative to drive outbound outreach from Spain in a fully remote role. You will lead initial contact with target accounts, coordinate with Field and Digital Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, and generate qualified meetings to build pipeline for the Sales org.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is required.
• Experience in outbound tech sales is required.
• Excellent phone, written, and listening skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume outreach cadence.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Generate new logo opportunities and growth with existing accounts.
• Conduct discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and create SAOs.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly SAO targets.
• Prioritize target accounts and tailor outreach strategies.
