Job summary

Jobgether seeks a B2B Sales SDR based in Spain to generate qualified opportunities for a high-ticket growth offering. You will engage prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn, focusing on the DACH market, and book discovery calls while building a robust pipeline.

Starting as Pipeline Representative, you’ll receive coaching, training, and a defined progression path to a Discovery Representative and Full-Cycle Closer.

Qualifications

• Native-level German proficiency is essential for communicating with DACH prospects.
• B2B sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Motivation, coachability and a strong work ethic are priority.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities through warm inbound responses and proactive outbound outreach.
• Book discovery calls and maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM.
• Shadow senior sales leaders and participate in advanced training and coaching.
• Learn the B2B sales process and adapt strategies based on feedback.
