Job summary

Darkroom is seeking a senior lifecycle marketer to own email and lifecycle programs across Shadow, Darkroom, and the CEO’s newsletter. You’ll build direct funnels from social posts to email capture and signup, and run onboarding, activation, and follow-up sequences.

This role requires strategic leadership, strong writing, and the ability to run webinars end-to-end. You will report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with design, video, and marketing ops, using AI analytics to optimize flows

Qualifications

• Real understanding of B2B lifecycle marketing over weeks with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building lifecycle or email programs yourself, not just briefing others.
• Platform-agnostic approach across Substack, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or beehiiv.
• Strong writing ability to create direct, specific copy in a consistent brand voice.
• Ability to own flows end-to-end and collaborate with analytics and design.

Responsibilities

• Own Shadow lifecycle funnel end-to-end from post to signup and nurture.
• Manage onboarding, activation, and education sequences for new signups.
• Lead demos, webinars, and launches with pre-built sequences.
• Build nurture across Darkroom service lines and CEO's newsletter.
• Write copy, document flows, and report on signups and pipeline.
