Job summary

Jobgether partners with an early-stage digital product business seeking an Email Marketing Manager based in Spain to own lifecycle email from onboarding to win-back. You will shape lifecycle strategy, translate insights into revenue across international markets, and collaborate with Product, UX, and Analytics teams to drive measurable outcomes.

You will implement, optimize, and report on email flows, conduct A/B tests, segment audiences, and ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Email Marketing, CRM or Lifecycle Marketing for B2C subs
• Ownership of email channel performance from strategy to revenue
• Experience building and launching lifecycle and trigger-based emails
• Strong A/B testing skills and result-driven decisions
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret key metrics like LTV and retention
• Knowledge of GDPR/ePrivacy and CAN-SPAM compliance
• Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end email marketing performance across lifecycle stages
• Audit and optimize onboarding, abandoned checkout, retention, upsell and win-back flows
• Design, launch and analyse experiments with clear documentation
• Segment audiences by behavior, geography and quiz responses
• Collaborate with Product/Analytics to track attribution and impact
• Maintain deliverability and list health, ensuring compliance across markets
• Write and optimize email copy with UX collaboration
• Identify opportunities to expand the email channel and drive revenue
