Brandbutter, part of CENTRO, seeks a Marketing Project Lead to guide two marketing cells across B2B fintech, adtech, and creator programs. You’ll own the marketing vision, roadmaps, and hands-on execution with a team of designers and social media managers.

This player-coach role blends strategy and practice, including writing briefs, launching campaigns, and building AI-powered workflows, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing with leadership experience.
• Hands-on marketer who personally writes, builds, launches and optimises campaigns.
• Experience creating marketing strategies and roadmaps across multiple brands.

Responsabilités

• Set the vision and define the marketing strategy for each brand in your cell.
• Build and run the roadmap by turning OKRs into clear plans with priorities and timelines.
• Execute hands-on tasks: write briefs, copy, launch paid campaigns, build landing pages and reports.
• Lead and grow the team: coach designers and social media managers, provide feedback and mentorship.
• Make AI and automation the default: identify where AI can speed up research, content production, reporting and operations, and build these workflows.
• Own the numbers: track pipeline, lead quality, CPL, ROAS and engagement and adjust course as needed.
• Collaborate across the business: partner with sales, product, tech and leadership and present plans clearly.
