Job summary

P2P.org is a fully remote, full-time contractor role focused on driving B2B marketing initiatives for a leading crypto staking provider. You will own campaigns, optimize channels with automation and LLMs, and collaborate with Product and Sales to translate priorities into achievable plans.

Applicants should demonstrate at least 4 years of substantive marketing experience, strong communication, contractor management, and a track record of measurable results in B2B settings.

Qualifications

• Strong execution in at least one marketing channel with verifiable campaigns.
• Minimum 4 years of substantive marketing experience, with B2B initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing contractors or agencies and leading teams.
• Solid marketing fundamentals: tracking, segmentation, messaging, funnels.
• Analytical skills: interpreting campaign data and attribution.
• Regular use of LLMs in marketing with sound judgment.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing priorities into plans with clear budgets, timelines and success metrics.
• Own execution and personally run campaigns in your strongest channels, using LLMs and automation.
• Manage contractors and internal contributors: set priorities, write briefs, review work and address underperformance.
• Coordinate with Product and Sales to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
• Track spend, lead quality and pipeline contribution. Recommend what to improve, scale or stop.
• Identify where specialist contractors are needed and manage their delivery.
