Job summary

P2P.org is seeking a fully remote, full-time contractor to lead B2B marketing initiatives. You will own end-to-end campaigns, work with Product and Sales, and manage contractors while leveraging LLMs for automation and insights.

You will analyze campaign data, optimize messaging, and drive growth across international clients, with strong English communication and a disciplined, self-directed work style.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of substantive marketing experience including B2B initiatives.
• Ability to own campaigns end-to-end and explain measurable results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing contractors or agencies and leading teams.
• Solid marketing fundamentals: tracking, segmentation, messaging, funnels.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and CRM metrics.
• Proficiency with using LLMs in marketing work.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing priorities into plans with budgets, timelines and metrics.
• Own execution and run campaigns in your strongest channels using LLMs and automation.
• Manage contractors and internal contributors: priorities, briefs, review, address underperformance.
• Coordinate with Product and Sales to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
• Track spend, lead quality and pipeline contribution; suggest improvements.
• Identify contractor needs and manage delivery.
