Docplanner, a global healthcare platform, seeks a Lead Analytics professional to guide a 2–3 person team and drive AI-first data initiatives across 13 markets. You will build data models and dashboards in Looker/Tableau, translating complex insights into clear business actions for senior leadership.

You will partner with VPs and local teams, run experiments, and ensure BI outputs align with organizational standards. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of analytics experience, including 1–2 years leading analysts
• Strong SQL skills with BigQuery preferred; Python is a plus
• Experience designing automations and scalable data models; AI-first practices
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives for senior audiences
• Hands-on experience with Looker and Tableau for non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of basic statistics, regression analysis, and A/B testing
• Cross-functional collaboration with non-technical stakeholders across departments
• Professional fluency in English; Spanish a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics team of 2–3 analysts and manage workload using agile methods
• Coach analysts to grow technically and professionally
• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to align priorities
• Develop AI-first capabilities and reusable libraries/architecture
• Design and maintain data models and dashboards across markets
• Translate business needs into data requirements and drive experiments (A/B tests)
• Deliver insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, decision-ready format
