Lever, Inc. in Spain seeks a Data & Insights professional to join a highly autonomous, product-focused data team. You will turn complex questions into actionable insights, influence product priorities, and help shape data foundations and tooling across the organization.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and leadership to enable teams to access, understand, and apply data, while shaping AI-enabled data tools and internal agents for broader impact.

Formación

• Strong experience in data analytics, insights, data engineering, product analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling knowledge.
• Ability to work across analytical problems and data foundations.
• Product-oriented mindset and curiosity about user behavior and product performance.
• Strong ownership and judgment for ambiguous problems and practical solutions.
• Ability to decide between build, buy, or simple approaches to data challenges.
• Strong analytical thinking to turn raw data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Bias toward measurable impact and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities and define metrics.
• Translate complex questions into rigorous analysis and actionable insights.
• Collaborate on data architecture, foundations, and tooling evolution.
• Develop data models, pipelines, and analytics workflows as requirements evolve.
• Evaluate when to build internal solutions or adopt external tools.
• Advance internal data agents to improve accessibility and value.
• Enable teams to access and apply data with increasing autonomy.
• Improve reliability, accessibility, and usability of data and analytics.
• Balance technical depth with practical business judgment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data practices and tooling.
