Roche is seeking an Analytics & Insights Lead to steer the A&I Solutions within Global Procurement from traditional BI toward scalable analytics products. You will define the data-driven product strategy, collaborate with Digital and Data Engineering, and ensure high-quality data.

You will coach teams and align analytics with business value to drive impact. Based in Madrid, you will partner across functions to deliver reusable analytics solutions, establish standards, and shape the analytics

Formación

• University degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years leading Analytics or BI teams and complex analytics initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern BI/Analytics architectures, data modelling, KPI definitions, and data quality governance.
• Experience collaborating with Digital, IT, or Data Science teams to deliver complex analytics projects and AI integrations.
• Product-minded—prioritising business outcomes over tech deliverables and evaluating tech by business value.
• Highly collaborative across boundaries, partnering with Digital and Data Engineering teams without owning their domains.
• Strategic and business-oriented with a long-term vision and incremental value delivery.
• Fluent in English at business level.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the Analytics product roadmap across domains (Cash, Performance, Sustainability).
• Lead transition from dashboards to scalable data products and insights.
• Collaborate with Digital to support AI-powered solutions with high-quality data.
• Coach and lead teams; embed standards for discovery, prototyping, delivery, and adoption metrics.
• Partner with Analytics Business Partners to translate business needs into product capabilities.
• Promote operational reporting and KPI definitions as foundations for analytics products.
