Job summary

Booksy is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to own our data’s source of truth. You will guide a high-performing Analytics Engineer team, shape Looker architecture, and partner with Engineering to optimize data models in a cloud data warehouse environment.

Your role drives scalable insights across Marketing, Finance, and GTM Ops in an international, remote-first setup. You’ll mentor teammates, manage sprint priorities, and advance CI/CD pipelines, while leveraging Python and Looker APIs to automate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring data/analytics engineers in an agile environment.
• Expertise in building enterprise semantic layers in Looker (LookML, Liquid, administration) with strong SQL.
• Hands-on with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and data modeling methodologies (Kimball/Data Vault).
• Proficiency in Python to integrate with APIs and automate workflows.
• Fluent English (C1) for company-wide communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analytics Engineers to transform raw data into actionable insights via Looker semantic layer.
• Guard Looker architecture and establish CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to optimize table structures and data models.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and GTM Ops to translate business needs into scalable data models.
• Automate repetitive workflows using Python and Looker APIs or AI solutions.
