Job summary
LocalStack, the Local Cloud Sandbox for Developers and AI Agents, is seeking a senior data analytics lead to shape our product analytics strategy across Emulator, CLI, VS Code extension, web app and docs. You’ll connect fragmented data and user identities to understand behavior, conversion, expansion and churn.
You will work with technical teams to prioritize build vs buy, establish analytics foundations, and turn usage data into actionable insights that inform pricing, packaging and growth.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in data analytics with focus on product analytics.
- Experience modelling a unified system and architecture thinking.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with web/product analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools for rapid prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Build and evangelise product analytics foundations delivering insights for GTM, Finance, Marketing, Product and Engineering.
- Link user journeys across the Emulator, CLI, VS Code extension, docs and website for a 360° customer view.
- Translate datasets into clear strategic recommendations that drive actions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance data flows and enrichment for analytics vision.
- Develop insights to demonstrate ROI and value proposition for customers.
