Lengow, Barcelona, seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to strengthen the semantic modeling, metrics, and dashboarding capabilities across internal and customer-facing data products.

You will transform product and business needs into reliable models and KPIs, collaborate with Product and Senior Data Engineers, and own the end-to-end analytics landscape including dbt workflows and Looker Studio dashboards.

Formación

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or BI engineering.
• Strong data modeling, metrics definitions, and semantic layer design.
• Advanced SQL, data quality and dbt workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own semantic and visualization layer of Lengow's data products.
• Define and document KPIs, dimensions, facts, grains and rules.
• Design reusable analytical models across dashboards.
• Build dashboards in Looker Studio that are clear and decision-oriented.
• Translate product and business needs into modeled datasets and specs.
• Write advanced SQL transformations and contribute to dbt workflows.
• Collaborate with Senior Data Engineers on data quality and contracts.
• Challenge unclear metrics and avoid recurring ad-hoc requests.
• Communicate assumptions, limitations, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
