Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems, collect performance stats, and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Ensures knowledge articles are used in incident diagnosis and resolution and updates as required.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains relevant records.
• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents per procedures.
• Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolved.
• Provides service recovery post-incident and closes resolved incidents per procedures.
• Maintains configuration items (CIs) with secure, accurate data.
• Logs incidents with required detail and keeps systems and portals updated.
