Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Support Operations Specialist based in Spain to own and improve an AI-powered customer support agent. You will drive performance, accuracy, and human handoffs across a fully remote, international environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to refine AI workflows, test enhancements, and ensure reliable, empathetic customer interactions with scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and improving Intercom Fin workflows and guidance with measurable results.
• Strong written communication to produce clear, empathetic responses and good judgment.
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own AI support agent performance, improve resolution and accuracy, and optimize escalation decisions.
• Ensure AI responses are accurate by collaborating with product and policy teams.
• Design tests to quantify improvements and document results.
