Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Architect in Spain for a remote contract to lead an AI-assisted operations platform. You will own the technical approach from discovery to implementation, ensuring practical, measurable, and maintainable AI-enabled workflows across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering and architecture experience.
• Ability to turn ambiguous discovery findings into specs and tests.
• Judgment to balance rules, AI reasoning, and human review.
• Experience with evaluation datasets, regression tests, and observability.
• Ability to automate quality checks and verify dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish a reliable technical baseline from existing code and workflows.
• Validate requirements and resolve contradictions with stakeholders.
• Prototype critical integrations and demonstrate end-to-end workflows in client tests.
• Verify API access, event contracts, and downstream dependencies.
• Design maintainable business rules with governance and approvals.
• Manage rule changes with versioning, replay, and rollback.
• Own engineering quality with automated tests and monitoring.
• Ensure traceability with versioned data and decision logs.
• Define readiness and performance measures with clear acceptance criteria.
• Communicate progress and risks with concise architecture docs.
• Support realistic delivery planning and adjust estimates as needed.
• Deliver maintainable outcomes with handover materials.
