Job summary

Ethos seeks experienced sales strategy managers to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own territory design, forecast decks, and compensation proposals, delivering high-quality output for leadership reviews in a fully remote, flexible arrangement.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales strategy or revenue leadership, strong craft in documents and slides, and fluent English with precise communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quota design.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology and compensation/incentive design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Build territory and quota design models and pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products, and write win/loss analyses.
