Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced GTM strategists to help train a leading language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You’ll own territory design, quota setting, and forecast outputs, while crafting battlecards and incentive structures. This role is fully remote and flexible, with a weekly commitment of 5–20 hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and compensation plan/incentive structure proposals
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Design territory and quota models and pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews
• Develop go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products; conduct win/loss analyses; propose compensation structures
