Shakers is hiring a Junior AI Sales Developer in Madrid to kick off a high-growth sales career. You’ll prospect, qualify, and book meetings for Account Executives, using AI to research accounts and tailor outreach. The role offers uncapped commissions and a fast-paced, data-driven environment with strong growth potential.

The team emphasizes AI adoption, a flexible hybrid setup with office in Madrid, and a clear path from junior to senior roles within the business development track.

Formación

• 2–3 years of minimum experience in sales as an SDR/BD in a tech consultancy or startup/scaleup.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for pitching and negotiation.
• Familiar with technical sector jargon; tech background is a plus.
• Creative, proactive, and growth-oriented with real ownership.
• Already working with AI and eager to go deeper.

Responsabilidades

• Build pipeline from scratch by prospecting decision-makers on LinkedIn, email and phone.
• Qualify and spark interest by understanding pains and presenting value propositions.
• Book meetings for Account Executives to advance deals.
• Run on data by reporting activity weekly and extracting insights to improve outreach.
• Grow fast by laying foundations to progress into an Account Executive role.
