Shakers is hiring a Mid-Senior AI Sales Developer to join the Business Development team. You will prospect, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers, building a scalable pipeline while using AI tools to increase efficiency. You will report metrics weekly and position yourself for faster advancement into senior BD roles.

The role offers a flexible policy with remote components, a Madrid-based office, and uncapped commissions with a target total compensation structure.

Formación

• 3–6 years of sales experience in tech or startup environments.
• Hunter mentality with strong networking abilities and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging C-level profiles.

Responsabilidades

• Build pipeline from scratch by prospecting decision-makers via LinkedIn, email and calls.
• Qualify leads and spark interest by understanding pains and presenting value.
• Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Report activity weekly and derive insights to improve strategy.
• Grow into an Account Executive role through performance and ownership.
