Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to work remotely on a worldwide basis. You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review closing workpapers, and improve financial systems across ERP platforms.

This contractor role focuses on accuracy, transparency, and actionable feedback to enhance AI training data. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial accounting or FP&A, strong ERP skills (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365), and excellent Excel

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in financial accounting, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements.
• Hands-on with ERP/financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero or similar.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and proper journal treatment.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows across platforms like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate AI responses and create realistic training scenarios.
