Arbolus is seeking a Group Financial Controller to be the operational backbone of our Finance team. You will oversee all finance operations from AP and treasury to tax, payroll, and statutory compliance, lead month-end close, budgeting, and reporting, and drive automation and AI adoption.

You will manage internal and external finance teams as the business scales, ensure accuracy, and partner with senior leadership on cash forecasting and strategic planning. Hybrid work in Barcelona is offered.

Formación

• 5–10 years of total finance experience, including audit background.
• Big 4 audit experience is a strong plus.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, treasury, tax and payroll.
• Lead month-end close and management reporting.
• Drive budgeting, variance analysis and cost control.
• Coordinate annual audit with external auditors.
• Implement automation and AI in finance processes.
