Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Financial Controller Lead based in Spain to drive financial performance and strategic growth in a fast-growing tech environment.

The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics, partnering with senior leaders to optimize profitability and resource allocation while enabling expansion into new markets. Remote-friendly with international collaboration across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in business controlling, FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance in a high-growth tech company or startup.
• Strong modeling, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis with practical insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to guide decisions with financial insight.
• Develop financial models for initiatives, pricing, strategy, and expansion.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities for growth.
• Design executive dashboards and reports showing revenue, costs, margins and cash flow.
• Investigate deviations and optimize revenue, margins, and opex.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Tech, and Ops on strategic financial decisions.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for board and investor discussions.
• Automate processes and scale workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention, and unit economics.
• Support international expansion and strategic growth initiatives.
