YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a remote, worldwide project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data with strong accounting judgment.

Required experience in AI training or human-data evaluation and proficiency with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365, plus Excel and journal entries expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial accounting, reporting and ERP systems.
• Ability to review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations and month-end close workpapers.
• Strong English communication and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate and grade AI responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
