Xenon7 seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge enterprise AI platforms with Finance business functions for a Fortune 100 client. You will translate complex financial challenges into AI applications, deploying them in regulated client environments and iterating quickly to drive measurable ROI.

You will act as a product-minded technical lead, prototyping user-facing tools in days, deploying advanced RAG workflows on Databricks Genie, and ensuring adoption across FP&A, Controllership,

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on software development and full-stack AI deployment.
• Proven ability to ship rough prototypes quickly.
• Ability to navigate vague business problems without predefined specs.
• Outstanding ability to interface with senior business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions for Finance units—from discovery to production deployment, adoption and ROI measurement.
• Rapidly prototype vertical applications within 1–2 weeks to gather real-user feedback.
• Handle edge cases, data quirks, and training to turn prototypes into enterprise products.
