IFF N&B Iberica, S.L. is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to build and operate automation and AI capabilities across Finance in a hybrid role based in Asturias or Valencia.

You will work with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Python, and agentic tools to automate processes across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany, GL, Master Data, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and the Global Shared Service Centres, ensuring auditable deployments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Finance or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience building automation, integration or data solutions in a business environment, including at least 1 year working with AI or large language model-based tooling in production.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build automation on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) and extend with Python scripting; integrate with finance systems and data sources.
• Ensure auditable deployments: what was deployed, when, by whom, tests, approvals, and current state.
• Provide runbooks, rollback paths, and act as first contact for deployment issues; monitor outcomes and improve approaches.
• Collaborate with Finance AI Analyst and process owners; deliver user training and plain-language documentation.
• Contribute to vendor/tool assessments and integration constraints.
