Job summary

Jobgether is assisting a partner company in Spain in hiring an Ads Manager (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) for a remote freelance role focused on growing a finance-focused podcast audience and revenue through paid campaigns.

You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok, with tracking to report on performance and revenue. Starting with small test budgets, you will scale toward a ~€4,000 monthly advertising budget once targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with at least two ad platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok Ads.
• Ability to provide concrete campaign performance data (cost per subscriber, cost per lead, conversion rates, ROAS).
• Strong targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution skills.
• Knowledge of advertising policies for financial services and investment promotions is a plus.
• Fluent German, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google, and TikTok.
• Grow podcast audience through subscriptions, views, and newsletter registrations.
• Generate revenue via premium dossiers and partner offers.
• Test audience segments, creatives, and budget allocations.
• Monitor performance and scale or pause campaigns based on results.
• Leverage podcast content to create engaging ad campaigns.
• Set up tracking systems to measure performance, conversions, and revenue attribution.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs like CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Start with small test budgets and scale to ~€4,000 monthly budget after targets are met.
• Provide monthly performance reports on costs, growth, and revenue.
• Collaborate directly with the podcast host to align ads with business goals.
