ID Finance is recruiting a Paid Social Growth Specialist in Barcelona to drive qualified user acquisition and scalable growth through Meta and TikTok campaigns. You will partner with the Paid Media Manager to translate growth plans into actionable campaigns, test creatives, and optimize budgets to hit CAC, CPL and ROAS targets.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on management of high-volume ad spend in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Ability to optimize budgets and scale campaigns while controlling CAC/CPL/ROAS.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-backed optimization.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage daily Paid Social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Collaborate with Paid Media Manager to translate strategy into campaign structures.
• Monitor high-volume ad spend and reallocate budgets for efficiency.
• Track funnels and attribution using GA4 and Singular; ensure accurate mobile attribution.
