Montarelo Recruiting is assisting a multinational IT consultancy firm in Valencia to hire several 2nd level support engineers. You will provide 2nd level support focused on Microsoft Workplace solutions and support international corporate clients, with a strong emphasis on Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

You will join a global team, work primarily in English, and participate in ServiceNow ticket handling, documentation, and collaboration with other IT units.

Formación

• Min 4 years of proven experience in 2nd level workplace support or a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and End-User Support services.

Responsabilidades

• Handling and resolving 2nd-level tickets in the Workplace Services domain (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, IE/Edge, End-User Support).
• Prompt, accurate, and customer-oriented processing of ServiceNow tickets, including careful documentation of solutions.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for the 1st-level support team.
• Close collaboration with other support units to ensure smooth IT operations.
• The majority of support activities will be conducted in English.
