Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare industry.
Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading and coaching sales teams to achieve ambitious targets and improve engagement.
Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and adapt to market challenges.
Customer-centric approach: Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Sales management of business in a large area in Spain.
Achieve sales goals in your area cooperating with the team.
Develops a regional sales strategy for the area to aggressively gain market share ensuring core growth.
Translates strategy into actionable tactics on a daily basis. Planned co-travel with sales field representatives when calling on existing and new customers, access their needs and characteristics. Present appropriate products, solutions and services.
