Job summary

BD is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist Europe to drive marketing tactics across countries in the region. You will create assets, manage approvals, coordinate localization, and support regional marketing programs with close collaboration to country-based teams.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality assets, ensuring brand consistency, and enabling rapid execution of campaigns. Travel 10–20% is expected; fluency in English and experience with Veeva are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in MedTech, Pharma/OTC, or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva and solid MLR knowledge.
• Proven ability to support execution and connect with local markets in regional/international scope.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy marketing/commercial assets fit-for-use for countries, coordinating with agencies and ensuring MLR submission.
• Track marketing initiatives through project management platforms.
• Coordinate launch deployment activities, materials, approvals, communication plans and readiness tracking.
• Provide translation support with external agencies as needed.
• Support events at tradeshows, congresses, and customer-facing programs.
• Coordinate needs across the marketing team and ensure alignment with strategy, portfolio, training, omnichannel, and events.
• Liaise with global teams to ensure continuity of brand messaging for assets.
• Maintain visibility of country content needs and prioritize, localize and deploy assets efficiently across the region.
