Job summary

BD is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist Europe to deliver tactics supporting regional marketing priorities. You will create content, manage MLR reviews, and disseminate assets to countries.

You’ll collaborate with local marketing and sales teams to ensure timely, high‑quality programs and will track initiatives with project management tools. Based in Europe with 10‑20% travel, fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally within MedTech, Pharma/OTC, or FMCG environments.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva and solid understanding of MLR processes.
• Proven experience in supporting execution and acting as a key connector with local markets.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing content, assets, tools and programs to support regional priorities.
• Ensure review/approval (MLR) and timely dissemination to countries.
• Collaborate with country marketing/sales teams to execute programs with quality and speed.
• Coordinate materials, plans, and readiness tracking; manage agency/vendor timelines.
• Maintain brand messaging continuity and harmonize internal/external communications.
