Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to drive growth across Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus and other med markets. You will develop opportunities, manage key accounts, and work with distributors, contractors and engineers to deliver technical, value-added solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of technical sales experience, full fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel up to 75%. A mechanical or civil engineering background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred).
• 3–5 years of professional sales experience in technical or international key account management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
• Experience in civil infrastructure, involving contractors, distributors or owners.
• Ability to develop distribution channels and influence decision-makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and data-sheets interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market penetration across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, infrastructure owners and end users.
• Develop and implement territory sales strategies and action plans to meet targets.
• Manage distribution networks to maximize market coverage and channel performance.
• Understand customer needs to develop tailored, value-added solutions.
• Promote Henkel's structural reinforcement technologies and valve-insertion.
