Job summary

Henkel is seeking a field sales professional to drive local plans and manage customer relationships in Asturias (North West Spain). You will work mainly in the field with B2B industrial clients, handle pricing actions, and coordinate with CRM systems to advance growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemicals or a similar technical field.

Responsibilities

• Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing/acquire new customers
• Executes customer roadmap and manages/closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
• Executes pricing actions
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
• Provides input to manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
• Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials/(re)solve customer requests and complaints
• Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory/at defined account
• Ensures sales strategies with sustainability goals
• Monitors competitor activities, pricing, positioning
• Leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance
