Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and upper intermediate English required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities in a technical B2B environment.
• Background in industrial engineering or chemistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute local sales plans aligned with SBU strategy to grow existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Manage customer roadmaps and CRM opportunities (ACE).
• Execute pricing actions and coordinate with TCS for line trials and resolving requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
• Provide input on customer needs and market trends to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and use CRM, data analytics and automation to boost sales performance.
• Aim to deliver KPIs (OSG and PC %) in territory and accounts.
• Support sustainability-aligned sales strategies.
