Henkel is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to drive growth across Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus and other Mediterranean markets. You will develop opportunities, manage key accounts, and build relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and infrastructure owners.

The role requires understanding structural reinforcement technologies and valve-insertion to deliver value-added solutions. The position involves up to 75% travel and requires fluent English and Spanish; Italian is

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, preferably Mechanical or Civil.
• 3–5 years of professional sales experience in technical/international roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth and expand key accounts across the territory.
• Build relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers and owners.
• Develop territory sales strategies and account plans to meet targets.
• Manage distribution network and channel performance.
• Understand customer needs to deliver tailored, value-added solutions.
• Promote Henkel's reinforcement technologies and valve-insertion.
• Track opportunities and maintain pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate product demos, training and field support.
• Collaborate with operations for coordination with partners and customers.
