Wiz seeks a Regional Partner Marketing Programs Specialist to own and execute our partner marketing strategy across the SEUR region. This execution-focused role supports strategic growth by activating partners through To-, With-, and Through-Partner marketing motions.

You will collaborate with regional sales, global partner marketing, and field marketing teams to drive campaigns, scale enablement programs, and measure marketing performance across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English required.
2–3 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing.
Experience with Looker, Salesforce, Notion and Tableau.
Experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

Regional Strategic Planning: Align partner marketing programs to regional business priorities and sales goals.
To-Partner Execution: Drive local partner communications, onboarding, and education initiatives.
With-Partner Execution: Plan and execute joint marketing activities with priority partners and collaborate with Field Marketing.
Through-Partner Enablement: Localise and deliver scalable co-branded campaigns using global assets.
Performance Tracking: Track campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement metrics.
Partner Integration Support: Support onboarding and integration of new partners into marketing systems and workflows.
Localized Partner Communications: Develop a regional partner communications calendar and localise messaging.
