Wiz is seeking a Regional Partner Marketing Programs Specialist to own and execute partner marketing strategies across the SEUR region. This hands-on role focuses on regional planning, partner enablement, and joint campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline.

You will work with regional sales, global partner marketing, and field teams to scale enablement programs and measure performance across the partner ecosystem in a hybrid/remote setup based in Spain.

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing or equivalent channel experience.

• Experience working with platforms such as Looker, Salesforce, Notion, and Tableau.

Regional Partner Marketing Programs Specialist, SEUR

Location: Spain (hybrid or remote: ideally around Madrid or Barcelona)

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing or equivalent channel experience.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns or partner engagement that drive pipeline and brand awareness.
• Experience working with platforms such as Looker, Salesforce, Notion, and Tableau.
• Fluency in Spanish & English.

• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Strategic Planning: Align partner marketing programs to regional business priorities and sales goals for SEUR, and develop quarterly plans that reflect local market dynamics and partner ecosystem maturity.
• To-Partner Execution: Drive local partner communications, onboarding, and education initiatives, including newsletters, platform updates, enablement content, and portal engagement.
• With-Partner Execution: Plan and execute joint marketing activities with priority partners (co-branded campaigns, regional events, webinars) and collaborate closely with Field Marketing to ensure integrated partner support.
• Through-Partner Enablement: Localise and deliver scalable co-branded campaigns using global assets and frameworks, and work with global teams to adapt campaign toolkits for SEUR partners.
• Performance Tracking: Track campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement metrics, maintaining reporting dashboards and providing actionable insights to optimise partner performance.
• Partner Integration Support: Support onboarding and integration of new partners into marketing systems and workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Localized Partner Communications: Develop and maintain a regional partner communications calendar, localising messaging to resonate with sales and technical audiences, and driving engagement within partner sales and technical communities.

About the Job

Wiz is seeking a Regional Partner Marketing Programs Specialist to own and execute our partner marketing strategy across the SEUR region. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that supports strategic growth by activating partners through To-, With-, and Through-Partner marketing motions. The goal is to drive partner awareness, enablement, and pipeline aligned to local market dynamics, regional business priorities, and key strategic alliances.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2–3 years of B2B or partner marketing experience, ideally in enterprise technology or SaaS. You will work closely with regional sales, global partner marketing, and field marketing teams to execute campaigns, scale enablement programs, and measure marketing performance across the partner ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that offers a broad view across our EMEA partner ecosystem — covering Cloud Service Providers (CSP), Global System Integrators (GSI), resellers, and alliances — while providing exposure to both global programs and localised field execution to fuel growth.
