Job summary

Wiz, Inc. in Spain seeks a Regional Director, Partners to expand Wiz across Southern Europe. You will report to the VP of EMEA Channel & Alliances and lead a team of partner managers focusing on strategic partner programs.

The role requires 5+ years in partner management at a SaaS company, strong leadership, and experience with CSP marketplaces; you will drive sales strategy, enablement, and joint investments with partners to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing and leading partner managers at a top SaaS company.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a player-coach mentality.
• Experience in channel partner recruitment and onboarding with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with field sales teams and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for the Southern Europe partner region.
• Manage national operating model, partner ownership, enablement, and marketing programs.
• Lead partner managers overseeing relationships with top Southern EMEA partners.
• Oversee joint investments with partners and accountability for outcomes.
• Identify, build, and launch pre/post sales insertions to accelerate Wiz adoption.
• Coordinate enablement activities with partner sellers and technical teams.
• Handle escalations to resolve conflicts and maintain partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with key partner executives for long-term success.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide sales strategy and tactics.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast, and report performance to leadership.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Wiz Cloud Security solutions and value.
