Otis Worldwide Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager to lead learning operations for the Americas and EMEA, focusing on governance, delivery, and continuous improvement. You will drive Lean, Kaizen and AI-enabled automation to simplify processes, improve controls, and elevate the learning experience globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years in learning operations, administration, or HR operations.
• Experience leading regional/global teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong LMS administration, learning tech, reporting, and process governance.
• Lean/Kaizen continuous-improvement experience; AI/automation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional learning operations across Americas and EMEA with consistent governance and standards.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment and administration of leadership, functional, technical, compliance, and development programs.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen and AI-enabled automation to reduce manual work and improve quality.
• Develop learning analytics dashboards; monitor participation and program effectiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and changes; ensure regulatory compliance.
