Job summary

Otis, a world-leading elevator and escalator company, is seeking a Transformation Leader for Service Parts Materials Planning & Procurement in the EMEA region. Hybrid work options are available and the role supports a global brand with extensive service operations.

You will drive inventory strategies, partner with Engineering and Service teams, and lead strategic planning initiatives to improve service levels while managing working capital.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge and insight in service operations.
• Strong change management skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to formulate a strategic plan aligned to business requirements.
• Learning mindset and curiosity about meta-trends.
• Strong collaboration and team development skills.
• Proficient in writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA spare parts materials planning function across centres, warehouses, and service locations.
• Support optimization of the spare parts network with better distribution strategies.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies balancing service levels with inventory investment.
• Set and maintain inventory planning parameters (safety stock, reorder points, forecasts).
• Monitor and improve inventory availability, fill rates, and stock health.
• Drive initiatives to reduce excess/obsolete inventory and manage lifecycle.
