Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in field operations or learning and development.
• Proven leadership across diverse, multinational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps and execute plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with frontline training, delivery, governance.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and instructional design.
• Ability to build credibility and partner with management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of the global field learning strategy.
• Direct OU Training Leaders and ensure training quality and impact.
• Drive improvements in time-to-productivity, safety, and service quality.
• Partner with regional Ops, HR, EHS and leadership.
• Ensure data-driven allocation of training capacity.
